- I teach math, even though I have degree in history. Go figure. I am also an ordained minister in the Church of the Nazarene. I am also studying for my master's degree in history. I like to observe things. I especially like to observe what goes on in the church world, even though most people couldn't care less. Hopefully, my observations will help people give a rip. I also like to observe sports and life in general.

What is she talking about? Reformed Theology and Calvinism have been around for centuries. Sad angry old lady. Where is she from?
As for the Emergant church, I thought it purpose was to challenge the status quoe, because it is not good enough.
It's a sad comment on the state of affairs in the Church of the Nazarene. I'm almost ashamed to call myself a Nazarene.
I was there when she said this. It is not taken completely out of context. She did spend time on the issue of godlessness as well.
All issues are viewed through our own lens. The trick is to let our lens be the mind of Christ.
